Shouldn’t one of the text even read “Here are OUR Favorite Moments from 2020” and not the word MY? That is why Robert asked for our opinions because it was suppose to be a group project, right? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
There was no mention of any information from the “I’m Back” video that started 2020 off with Robert returning on a clearer path for his YouTube career.
The mention of the new changes in his life, such as the tattoos and his positive ahead plans.
Did we get Rocco & Nobu in 2020? Around April? No mention how they impacted his life that also mentions his videos?
Wasn’t 2020 the obsession about reaction videos?
No jokes about the Butt Mirror introduction?
The intro of Mini-Mondays? (and schedule he Hopes to keep)
The intro of wearing “costumes” like Spider-Man/mixed bag of a Halloween Costume/Shark Costume/Tank shirt
If he needed more time to create a year in review like YouTube does (that was before it began to become the ultimate joke in review) then I would have waited longer for it.
And I’d like to think Quality over Speedy Output Robert other’s “Family” or The Boop Troop would have also waited for a proper video.
Suggestion: Robert should start adding a second “journal/diary” book where he can write down a few information about each video highlight so he can try to compile easier for 2021 Year in Review video.
Goddamn woman I LOVE how your not afraid to take him to the toolshed and let him know where he could have improved. I think that is why I also like the rest of your blog.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought there was another video. The video was over 20 minutes long, but felt short to me.

There must be something wrong with him lately to give us this video.
ReplyDeleteI like your suggestion it was easier if fans just make their own 2020 vids to show Robert what WE thought was best moments. He needs to come into our chats to meet the Boop Troops and hear most of your ideas he should run with.
ReplyDeleteHe posted a community post specifically asking his watchers for videos they liked and timecodes. It took 6 hours to get all the information plus more.
ReplyDeleteThe overall video in post took over 4 days to put together. Having to re-download each video and scrubbing through each one to find those moments. That's a lot.
Trying his best to get every moment in that people wanted, there's going to be a lot that's left out. The video was long as is, so if we put in every single moment each watcher though was hilarious, then it was be hours long which in the long run, is not good to upload.
So please be kind to him. It's so much hard work and trying to please almost a million people is impossible. Lot's of moments were in but then taken out due to time.
Just because some of your favorite moments did not make it in does not mean that it fell short. Long editing hours and long nights went into it.
